Unfortunately, I have to start the "Fat to Fit" program again. Hopefully, this time will be easy and smooth as last time. :P (& must be much shorter)
Even though I've recorded all food I consume in past 2.5 years (even after the program is finished), I believe having a diary here will help to improve the overall performance & also give inspiration in daily life. :D
早餐:1 塊toast (原本有兩塊,因為燶咗,所以很可惜的丟了一半),10粒士多啤梨,1片低脂芝士,半杯白咖啡(無糖)& 少量朱古力粉,半杯凍頂奶茶
